<hl>From</> specifies the component and register number on that register to start the link
<hl>To</> specifies the component and register number of the register to end the link

- If no number is specified it will get the first register.
- Extra variables for <hl>Component Index</> allow specifying registers if multiple of the same component are equipped.
- If no component is specified then it will use the frame registers for the unit.

Example:
- Link the result register of the Scout Radar to the frames <bl>Visual</> Register
- Link the Missing Ingredient register of the second equipped fabricator to the units <bl>Signal</> Register
