If an erection lasts longer than 4 hours, which is called priapism, seek medical help right away. This is a dangerous condition that can permanently damage penile tissue. At the same time, the blood vessels carrying blood away from the penis decrease in size and decrease the removal of blood from the penis. Sexual stimulation that leads to the engorgement and erection causes the production and release of nitric oxide in the penis.

Ritonavir significantly prolonged the half-life of vardenafil to 26 hours. Consequently, it is recommended not to exceed a single 2.5 mg Levitra dose in a 72-hour period when used in combination with ritonavir. The number of patients treated for 6 months or longer was 3357, and 1350 patients were treated for at least 1 year.
Staxyn tablets are oro-dispersible, meaning they melt on your tongue and therefore absorb slightly differently than regular Levitra. In clinical trials with vardenafil OD (Staxyn), 34.5% of men with ED were able to achieve an erection within 15 minutes and 26% within 30 minutes. Seizure, seizure recurrence and transient global amnesia have been reported postmarketing in temporal association with vardenafil. LEVITRA is formulated as orange, round, film-coated tablets with "BAYER" cross debossed on one side and "2.5", "5", "10" and "20" on the other side corresponding to 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 10 mg, and 20 mg of vardenafil, respectively. Just keep in mind that ED medication alone can’t always resolve ED symptoms.
Renal Impairment

Tell them about any and all medications, prescription drugs, and supplements you are taking before starting treatment with Levitra.
