Human Power Plants are focused solely on the production of great amounts of power. The integrated Fusion Reactor component consumes Enriched Reactor Fuel Rods to fill its power buffer which then discharges as needed. One rod produces 500,000 units of power and discharges up to 50,000 power per second, providing ten seconds of power at maximum consumption.

As of Version 0.1.14791, one Enriched Reactor Fuel Rod takes 50 seconds to manufacture but only lasts for 10 seconds of full discharge.
