The Mothership is a unique unit.

This starship, damaged and stranded in orbit around the planet, is the vessel which houses ELAIN and the player. Repairing the Mothership is the primary objective of the game. Fixing the the Mothership begins upon completing the Satellites research. This will allow a Long-range Radar to select "Mothership" as a detection target. Once the Mothership's location is acquired, an AMAC can be used to launch a Satellite to deliver repair materials. |
Tips:
- The Long-range Radar can be used to select the Mothership as a unit. However, its only real use is tracking the total progress of material delivery. It cannot follow movement orders or otherwise interact with planetside gameplay.
- In addition to buildings, Robot Explorables can sometimes appear as crashed Motherships.
