Description

Turns the unit on.

Powered down units stop functioning and do not consume power.

Uses

If your unit is shutdown, this will turn it back on. Infected units may occasionally shutdown, which can be "cheesed" by turning them back on, which you would otherwise do manually, which can partially remedy virus side-effects.
